It was a pleasure working with Cindy selling our family home in Sudbury, MA. She helped us immensely before our sale, guiding us through the staging process, which was invaluable to us as we were shuffling family and daily obligations while trying to prepare our home so her being able to see the bigger picture to get us through the process was amazing. Once we had a buyer she was very responsive to all the various deadlines and buyer requests to make the selling process seem effortless. No two sales are alike and she clearly had to roll with the punches on this one. Although this was more than challenging on a number of levels she persevered with the negotiations and made it happen in a difficult selling market at the time.

Cindy was wonderful to work with. She is very patient. We looked at houses for years before we finally found one we loved. Cindy patiently showed us any home that might fit our needs without ever adding any pressure. She was knowledgeable about the area, the homes and the seller. We also sold our house through her and she was very helpful getting the house ready for sale and setting a reasonable asking price. Both selling and buying a home were smooth sailing with Cindy at the helm!
