On a chilly NE Ohio Thursday in April 2015 my company asked me to take a promotion in Massachusetts, I had to think real hard where exactly that was to be honest. We were given a choice in Real Estate companies and one of the best decisions we made during the entire relocation process was to choose Coldwell Banker because Cindy Gordon is a team member there! Cindy was able to guide us through a stressful time. I was here in New England working and my wife and family were back in Ohio. Cindy’s knowledge of the area and inventory available was extremely helpful in our search. We were looking for a move-in ready house, with an in-law suite. Cindy took the time to explain that this was going to be a process, she was patient with us as while I coordinated my schedule in a new role with a new team, and the availability of the homes to be shown. My wife came for a home tour and we visited 8-10 homes in a short 2-3 day window. Inventory was selling as we were driving around but Cindy did not panic she just kept rearranging and suggesting other neighborhoods and towns. In the end within a very short time frame, Cindy had found the perfect place for the 7 people in our family and 9 pets to end up living in. We will be forever grateful for her experience and expertise. Should my company come calling in the future, we will certainly find Cindy to assist in selling our home.
